Project: strengthening VMV's position on the foreign market
On the basis of the application for support dated 25.01.2017, in accordance with the objectives of the OP PIK Marketing support programme, it was decided to provide a subsidy for the project "Strengthening the position of VMV on the foreign market", project registration number: CZ.01.2.111/0.0/0.0/16_047/0008912.
- increase in turnover
- increase in production volume, which translates into an increase in output
- increase in exports
- increase in the share of exports in sales
- increase employment
- Increased awareness of VMV, spol. s r.o. abroad, in EU and non-EU countries
- increasing awareness of the Czech Republic and raising its reputation abroad,
- the project activities are not harmful to the environment and are fully in line with the horizontal principles
Project: employee placement and development in an engineering company
In July 2009, a subsidy was approved for the training of our employees in the project Employment and development of employees in engineering companies, registration number: CZ.1.04/1.1.02/23.00104 from the Operational Programme Human Resources and Employment.
Developing the knowledge and experience of our employees and increasing the competitiveness of the whole company.
However, the main objective is to increase the skills of the workforce and to maintain these skills in order to increase their value on the labour market.

Project: educate yourself!
In August 2009, an agreement was concluded with the Czech Republic, represented by the Labour Office in Jihlava, for the training of our employees within the project Educate yourselves!MZ 5/2009, MZ 6/2009, MZ 7/2009 and MZ 8/2009, CZ.1.04/1.1.00/34.00001 from the Operational Programme Human Resources and Employment.
